1984 Tecton founded to stabilize troubled hotels for banks and the government

1984-2001 Worked out/operated over 150 Franchise Hotels nationwide during this period

1995 Tecton operating infrastructure recognized as best practices for operating franchise hotels

2001 Began management of first modern boutique hotel called The Wave Hotel on South Beach.

2002 Established operating infrastructure to operate independent hotels

2005 Formed Desires Hotels Boutique Division as a marketing cooperative for boutique hotels

2005-2009 Operated over 20 award winning boutique hotels in locations such as Miami Beach, New York City, and San Juan

2010 Formed Trust Hospitality International Division

2010 Established offices in Brazil, Panama, and Portugal.

2011 Merged with Ocean Blue Hospitality and re-branded as Trust Hospitality
