For a fraction of the cost of typical sales and marketing salaries, Trust Hospitality provides a high-level analysis of a hotels positioning in the market and develops the hotels overall sales, marketing & revenue management plan.
ACTION PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION
Based upon the initial strategy, Trust Hospitality develops the necessary action plans by month, market segment and person responsible. These plans include overseeing the on-property sales team, creating marketing collateral, working with various travel distributors and executing any other marketing strategies in order to promote the hotel and generate revenue.
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SALES REPRESENTATION
Trust Hospitality sales professionals travel to tradeshows and to feeder markets year-round both nationally and internationally. Our sales executives have been in the market for over twenty years, know the key players, and can help your hotel develop relationships with the right travel partners both at home and abroad. We make this representation affordable by distributing these costs across all of our clients.

Trust Hospitality can handle your entire group market segment, from setting up strategy, SOPs and policies, to managing all incoming group RFPs. Our goal is to be an extension of your sales team focused on closing group business and exceeding budgets. This program is ideal for smaller independent hotels that require a base of group business to complement your overall market mix.

Trust Hospitality ensures that the hotel website is well-designed and operating at optimal levels in the market relative to its competitors. We review relationships with all vendors including your hosting company, booking engine provider, SEO provider, GDS provider and others. We ensure that you are on all relevant online travel agents and that you have a web presence on all search portals as well as social media profiles. We manage all these channels daily for our clients.
ONLINE DISTRIBUTION
Placement on an online travel agencysnetwork is dependent upon reviews, marketing participation and market manager relationships for independent hotels. The Trsut Hospitality team understands how to optimize those relationships resulting in optimum production from those online channels. We also actually manage these channels through the various channel management tools and extranets ensuring parity and proper distribution.

Trust Hospitality offers independent boutique hotels that do not require management services to join the Desires Hotels collection.

Desires Hotels North American Leisure/Business Travel Agent Sales Representation marketing (Based in NYC) that includes solicitation (visitation and telemarketing), select tradeshow representation, contract preparation, weekly status reports as well as monthly productivity reports against the retail travel agent market. Additional costs may apply depending on travel and trade show schedule for this hotel. - International sales representation in feeder markets and trade shows
Desires Hotels Global Tour Operator Representation that includes solicitation (visitation and telemarketing), select tradeshow representation, contract preparation, weekly status reports as well as monthly productivity reports against the global tour operator market. - Additional costs may apply depending on travel and trade show schedule for this hotel.
